Taylor Wimpey opens new showhome at Berkhamsted development

Prospective buyers will have the chance to look around a new showhome in Berkhamsted this weekend.

Taylor Wimpey North Thames is preparing to open the shomehome for appointment-only visits at its Bearroc Park development.

Buyers can book in advance to have a look around the four-bedroom Manford showhome at Bearroc Park, which is now in its second phase following the launch in 2018.

The development is open for appointment-only visits in line with current Government guidance, and the site team continues to follow Taylor Wimpey’s new working guidelines for all sales offices, showhomes and construction sites.

Jason Turner, sales manager for Bearroc Park, said: “We’re very excited to be opening our new showhome this weekend.

"The Manford is a particularly spacious four-bedroom home with a generous kitchen/diner and a separate study room downstairs, which is ideal for home working.
