It follows the success of the first phase, known as Silk Square, which features 87 apartments, where just a limited number of homes remain for sale.

Homebuyers have also been given an additional boost following the Chancellor’s recent announcement of a nine-month stamp duty holiday on homes worth up to £500,000, with all homes at Apsley Quay priced below the new stamp duty threshold.

Located opposite the Frogmore Paper Mill, Apsley Quay pays homage to the village’s paper producing heritage, with the apartment types being named after famous literary figures such as Austen and Wilde.

“This is why Apsley Quay is proving to be such a desirable place to live. The development offers fantastic views of the Grand Union Canal while each of the two main development buildings benefit from their own podium gardens.

“The success and popularity of Apsley Quay reflects the confidence in the property market in the area.

"Buyers are increasingly seeing the advantages of living in Apsley, a village that is great for those who wish to spend time outdoors, and also ideal for commuters, as Euston is just a 30-minute train journey away from the local station.”
