Iceland has withdrawn its own brand Chip Shop Curry Chicken Breast Toppers and Southern Fried Chicken Popsters after salmonella was found in the products.

In a joint statement with the Food Standards Agency (FSA), a store spokesman said: "Iceland is recalling the products. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling these products. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product."
