The services that are available include Mindfulness sessions that run twice a day Monday- Friday and Living Well courses, which are self-help courses based around Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles to help identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours, whilst offering new coping strategies.

Health and social care workers are able to join in on as many courses or mindfulness sessions as they would like to support their wellbeing during these uncertain times.

“Mindfulness is a tool that supports you to stay in the present and not dwell on the past or worry about the future. We can only manage a moment at a time.

“We especially want to support our many health and social care workers who are likely to be under enormous pressure during this situation – this is perfectly natural in these uncertain circumstances and Mindfulness is just one of the support offers we are putting in place for you.”
