Coronavirus latest: Two new confirmed cases in Dacorum

There have been two new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Dacorum, the total for the borough is 373, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

There have been 13 new cases in Hertfordshire, there are now 2,980 cases in the county.

But the true number of cases is thought to be far higher with many people not being tested.

Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases now stands at 303,110 (includes tests carried out by commercial partners which are not included in the country totals).

The number of COVID-19 associated UK deaths has been recorded as 42,589 rising by 128 (Deaths of people who have had a positive test result) - according to Public Health England.

The number of deaths are people who have had a positive test result confirmed by a Public Health or NHS laboratory.

The figures for the number of patients recovered from COVID-19 have not been released by Public Health England.

The new figures were recorded between 5pm on Thursday and 5pm on Friday.
