Coronavirus latest: Three new confirmed cases in Dacorum

There have been three new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Dacorum, the total for the borough is 501, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

There have been six new cases in Hertfordshire, there are now 4,154 cases in the county.

Previous data shared by Public Health England relied solely on Pillar 1 (testing from Public Health England and NHS Hospital Trusts), but as of Thursday, July 2, the information includes Pillar 2 (non-clinical and commercial testing).

There have been 290,133 lab-confirmed cases in the UK.

The number of COVID-19 associated UK deaths has been recorded as 44,830, rising by 11 (deaths of people who have had a positive test result) - according to Public Health England.

The number of deaths are people who have had a positive test result confirmed by a Public Health or NHS laboratory.

The figures for the number of patients recovered from COVID-19 have not been released by Public Health England.

The new figures were recorded between 5pm on Saturday, July 11, and 5pm on Sunday, July 12.
