Coronavirus latest: Only one new coronavirus case in Dacorum but 16 in Hertfordshire
Figures start rising in the county
As of yesterday (July 5), there have now been 494 cases of coronavirus in Dacorum, up one on the previous day's figures.
But in wider Hertfordshire, there have been 16 new cases with a total of 4,085.
Previous data shared by Public Health England relied solely on Pillar 1 (testing from Public Health England and NHS Hospital Trusts), but as of Thursday, July 2, the information includes Pillar 2 (non-clinical and commercial testing).
It has seen a radical overhaul of how coronavirus infection data is presented across the country, with hundreds of new cases emerging in individual authorities.
Across the country, there have been 285,416 infections over the past 24 hours.
And 44,220 people have died with coronavirus in the UK.
