Co-op pulls sandwiches off shelves over fears they may contain pieces of metal, Hemel Hempstead shopper told

In a joint statement by Co-op and the Food Standards Agency, they said: "The possible presence of metal makes this product unsafe to eat."

If you have bought the product, do not eat it. Instead, return the sandwich to your nearest Co-op store for a refund, call 0800 0686 727 or email [email protected].
