A fundraising page has been set up to support the family of a mum of three from Hemel Hempstead who passed away last week.

Haley Sewell, died suddenly and unexpectedly on January 27, aged just 38, she was a wife to Keith and a mother to three children, six-year-old Taylor, five-year-old Laney and two-year-old Isla.

"I wanted to help the family during this difficult time. I want this money to help Keith pay for Haley’s funeral but also if donations allow, help with money for the kids futures, a holiday once lockdown is lifted, something to lift their spirits.

"We have had a great response, and we have nearly reached our target.

"Keith and Haley got married in 2019 and in December they moved into their house at the beginning of December.

"One of Haley’s last posts on Facebook was the kids playing in the snow a few days before she passed and her saying 'it’s so lovely to open the back door and let them play'."

Her husband Keith said: "She died suddenly last Wednesday and has three children.

"Isla, who is only two was born premature at 27 weeks, she hasn't started speaking yet and her mum will never hear her voice, it's heartbreaking.

"Her friends have been raising money for the funeral and for the children, we are so grateful.

"Her friend Natalie has also set up a fundraising page and her friend Linda or Creation Cakes did a raffle to raise money.

"We appreciate all the support we have received from everyone."

On the fundraising page, it says: "Haley has lived in Hemel Hempstead all her life and was well known and loved for her kind, caring and selflessness, a smile that would light up any room and for being someone who truly didn’t realise just how remarkable she was, nor the impact she made on the lives of others."

Josie's target was £2,000, she has currently raised £1,949, to make a donation click here.
