Among the 12 charities who sell cards at three annual fayres in Berkhamsted’s Court House are Age UK Dacorum, DENS and Rennie Grove Hospice Care.
The final sale of this year takes place at the same venue on Saturday from 9.30am to 2pm and there will also be raffles and gifts on offer.
Age UK Dacorum’s Michelle Law said: “Together, we’d like to thank everyone who has bought from us over the past couple of weeks, and encourage anyone who still has to do their Christmas shopping to come along to find some lovely bargains that will also help some wonderful causes.
“We’d love to have as many visitors as possible to this event. This is one of my favourite events of the year, the atmosphere is always so friendly and festive. The charities work together to put this on to keep expenses to a minimum which means that the majority of the money raised goes straight into the charity coffers, eliminating unnecessary costs and overheads.”
St Peter’s Church will also host a coffee morning in the room next door for shoppers who fancy a tea break.
