As part of Herts Year of Culture Phoenix Entertainment will be running fun activities that are a great way to keep fit and boost well-being.

Activities include juggling, spinning plates, aerial hoop, tumbling, pedal goes, circus games, slack lines and more.

Rachel said: "The events industry has unfortunately been predominantly closed since March and as such arts and culture which is vital for people's wellbeing has been severely lacking in the community.

"Arts Council England have received millions in funding from the government and national lottery and they want performers and event businesses such as myself to find a way to inject arts and culture into society, safely and bring back some much need culture and enjoyment."
