A new development of 97 one and two-bedroom apartments is launching in Hemel Hempstead this weekend.

The Gade, located on Dacorum Way, is part of a £30 million regeneration programme that is set to revolutionise the town centre of Hemel Hempstead.

The area has been divided into six regeneration zones, with each being revamped in turn to create a modern, accessible, and attractive setting for a new generation of residents and visitors to enjoy.
