Musical heaven with Forever In Blue Jeans

THE smash-hit musical Forever In Blue Jeans is a feelgood rock n roll show that will have you dancing in the aisles when it comes to The Grove next Wednesday.

You can’t go wrong with a musical that’s jam-packed with hits from the 1950s right through to the 1970s. It begins with favourites from Jerry Lee Lewis and Brenda Lee, dabbles with The Beatles and The Monkeys and celebrates 50 years of Motown Magic which takes in hits from The Four Tops, The Jackson 5, Diana Ross and a host of other Motown favourites before ending up with nods to The Carpenters, Showaddywaddy and Abba. A night of rock and pop heaven.

And just when you think it can’t get any better there’s tributes to the songwrighter like the legendary Burt Bacharach with I’ll Never fall In Love Again, What The World Needs Now ( Is Love Sweet Love), Do You Know The Way To San Jose and the memorable What’s New Pussycat. The show ends with everyone invited to the party for the Grand Finale !

The energetic company is led by TV and radio recording artistes Carole Gordon and Bob Newman. Carole and Bob have toured with both Tammy Wynette & Boxcar Willie, and have been voted Top British Duo by the British Country Music Association for three consecutive years.

The show also stars terrific vocalists and dancers - Rachel Cantrell (a real favourite with the Blue Jeans audience Rachel featured in the children’s hit West End musical (Casper); Jamie Steen who has appeared in a variety of pantomime productions ranging from Cinderella to Dick Whittington; and Alister Wilmott a talented young musician / singer who has travelled the UK with his music and is looking forward to his first tour with Forever In Blue Jeans .
