Boxmoor luvvie adds showbiz sparkle to the Bank Holiday

Theatre luvvies Claudia Redmond and Ian Brown are hooking up on Bank Holiday Monday to sprinkle some showbiz sparkle on the Three Counties area.

Ian is hosting a special show on BBC Three Counties Radio from 2pm to 3pm on Monday, August 25 with guests lined up including Joe McElderry, Thomas Goodridge from Jersey Boys and Arthur Bostrom who will in Fatal Encounter.

Claudia, who lives in Boxmoor, will be previewing exciting shows coming to the area in the autumn including Stones in his Pockets, The Producers and The Importance of Being Earnest.

The programme will also take a look ahead at what the West End has to offer including the exciting return of the original Billy Elliott – Liam Mower – to the show for a one-off performance which will be screened live in cinemas, as well as the welcome return of Cats and Cuban dance with Ballet Revolución.

Claudia will also be chatting about Mandela Let Freedom Reign, coming to Hemel Hempstead’s Old Town Hall in October.
