The 27-year-old artist is drawing Morgana the donkey and selling the finished piece, with all proceeds going to Folly's Farm.

Reanne said: "The work that Sue does up there to help the animals is amazing and once I have finished drawing one of their lovely donkey's, I will be selling it and all of the proceeds will go to them.

"I have followed Folly's and the work they do for quite some time, it's amazing what they do there.

"This is a way of me trying to support the work they are doing and they rely on donations.

"They really look after and care for the donkeys. The lady that runs it is amazing, it is her life, she is there every day.

"I just wanted to do something to help."

Reanne started drawing animals in 2019, now she is a specialist in pet portraits.

She said: "I have been doing this for about two years, it's not my full time job but it's something I love to do.

"I love animals and it is something I really enjoy doing. I had never drawn an animal properly until 2019.

"I liked drawing eyes and flowers, and then I thought I would try and my sister-in-law's dog and it turned it quite good so I carried it on."

Reanne visited Folly's Farm and took a picture of Morgana the Donkey and is now drawing a portrait.

She said: "It will probably take around two weeks to complete the drawing and then it will be mounted and framed to be sold. I am setting the price at £400."

Most of the donkeys at Folly’s Farm Home of Rest for Donkeys and Ponies have been rescued from mistreatment and abuse, or from people who did not have the knowledge to give them proper care and attention.

At Folly’s Farm they are given love, care and a comfortable home for the rest of their lives.
