Hide AdAge UK Hertfordshire, a charity offering support and services to older people, have had to re-imagine and redesign many of their services to fit with the changing times and to ensure that they are able to continue their vital work.
Roz Wyllie, head of engagement, said: “So many of our clients are already lonely and isolated so this year has been tough on them.
“Staff and Volunteers have worked so hard to make sure that we can continue our services, and we’re now working in a variety of different ways.
"We’ve been incredibly busy with calls to our Information and Advice Team, and our Befriending Service and Active Ageing services have continued over the phone and more recently on Zoom.
