Chopping Chillies, written and performed by Clair Whitefield, journeys from a kitchen in south India to a cobbler’s shop in Camden Town. It is an epic, mystical tale of love, loss and soul food.

A delicious transcontinental enchantment ensues when a cobbler and cook cross paths and tragedy and chance entwine. Clair Whitfield has been performing poetry for the last 10 years. Chopping Chillies is poetic, magical and often laugh out loud funny, bringing Indian mysticism to the heart of London.

Tickets cost £14, concessions £12, Dacorum Card £10, Upstaged £5. Available from the box office 01442 228091 or book online at www.oldtownhall.co.uk
