Three artists have joined together to present an exhibition called A Painter, a Printer and a Potter.
The title sums up their individual fields and promises a varied selection of artwork for visitors to admire.
One of the artists will be in attendance on each day of the exhibition enabling visitors to ask questions, and there will be individual demonstrations on selected days.
On one day all three artists will attend during the afternoon when refreshments will be available.
The exhibition will take place in the Upstairs Gallery above the post office on Berkhamsted’s High Street from Wednesday May 3 through to Saturday May 13 and will be open each day from 10am until 4pm except for the Sunday when it is closed.
The artists are painter Amanda Curbishley, printer Nathalie Pymm and potter Elaine Wells.
They are all active as tutors and demonstrate art for clubs and societies.
Amanda is a contemporary artist in acrylic and mixed media, specialising in marine art.
She has taken part in exhibitions at the Mall Galleries in central London for the Royal Society of Marine Artists and the ING Discerning Eye.
Nathalie is a mixed media artist and print maker specialising in lino cuts and collograph print making. She has taken part in the Society of Women Artists exhibition for several years at the Mall Galleries.
They are both members of Buckinghamshire Art Society and the National Acrylic Painters Association and have exhibited throughout Buckinghamshire.
Elaine Wells is a potter producing wheel thrown stoneware pottery and was a contestant on BBC2’s Great Pottery Throw Down.
Entry to the exhibition is free and all the artwork will be for sale ranging in price from £20 to £650.
Demonstrations will take place on selected days from 1.30 - 3.30pm.
On Wednesday May 3 Amanda will demonstrate how she executes her colourful seascapes.
On Thursday May 4 Elaine demonstrate her decorating techniques.
And on Friday May 5 Nathalie will demonstrate her distinctive linecut printing.
