Organisers are putting the finishing touches to the running order for the third annual fundraising Dunfest music festival.
And they’ve got their fingers crossed for sunshine when the one-day event is staged in the grounds of Tring’s Dundale Primary School on Saturday, May 18.
Gates open at 2pm and the first act on the bill is 2TONE, who will start their set at 2.30pm.
And the music continues until 9pm, with performances from Two Way Traffic, Becky CJ, Springhill Jax, HHS Funk Band, Rouge, The Attention Seekers and The Zipheads.
Other attractions include a bungee run, owl and pet rescue, face painting, independent craft stalls, and a hog roast and barbecue.
Also providing refreshments, as they have done at every festival to date, will be the Mashed Tea Tent, serving a selection of teas/coffees, soft drinks and a variety of food.
The bar will be laid on by Tring Brewery, which will be serving up limited edition Dunfest Ale and Westons Cider as well as other drinks, and festival-goers are welcome to prepare their own picnic but asked not to bring alcohol onto the school site.
Tickets are available now from Beechwood Fine Foods in Frogmore St, Tring. You can also visit the Dunfest Facebook page or call 0791 3782811.
A family ticket for two adults and three children is only 12, while adults pay £6. There are concessions on offer at £6, U16s pay £2 and the under-fives are free, but anyone 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
