A TV star dog visited a school to show pupils some of his tricks.

Molson, the canine celebrity from Dogs Trust adverts and children's show Tommy Zoom, arrived at Grove Road School, Tring, with his trainer Ann Dormer as part of its continuing support of the animal charity.

Another Dogs Trust dog, Eskimo, has also visited the school as the dogs have helped the pupils learn about the pets in workshops.

Deputy headteacher Fiona Masters said: "He came in with the trainer to show the tricks he can do.

"Lots of the pupils knew who he was."

She said the workshops with the dogs teach pupils to show respect and responsibility for animals and other people.
