Pub name changed for filming

Villagers were left wondering whether the renaming of their local had something to do with new publicans Beej and Beth Parmar.
They've been fending off irate customers after the sign at the Valiant Trooper in Aldbury near Tring was changed to The Peanut for the filming of a new BBC comedy.
Mrs Parmar, who took over the pub in Trooper Road with her husband in June, said: "We've had a lot of outraged customers. We have had a lot of people saying things like, 'I've been coming here for 30 years and I can't believe you've changed the name'.
"We've been playing jokes on the customers pretending we have actually changed the name."
A production crew from Roughcut TV were in the village on Monday and Tuesday for a new BBC Three comedy called Clone.
Actor Jonathan Price, who starred in Pirates of the Caribbean, could be spotted filming his part in the show. Mrs Parmar said: "We've persuaded him to come and buy everyone a drink once he's finished."
The couple were approached by the production company shortly after taking over the pub. Mrs Parmar said: "They said the frontage of the pub was perfect for their filming."
