A pub landlord will be getting back in the saddle for a group charity bike ride.
For the second year running Terry Johnson from the Robin Hood in Tring has organised the ride with the help of pub regular Philip Norgan.

The course will cover 17.5 miles and travels through Aldbury, Ivinghoe, Mentmore, Cheddington, Marsworth and Tring.

Entry is free and all money raised through sponsorship will go to the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home, which cares for terminally and seriously ill patients in their own homes.

The event starts from the pub in Brook Street at 10am on Sunday, September 21 and supermarket firm Waitrose is providing water bottles and bananas to cyclists.

After the ride there will be a drink for all riders at the pub and a raffle where prizes donated by businesses will be up for grabs.

Register and find out more by popping into the pub.
