Police are still trawling through CCTV in a bid to catch armed raiders who shot two men during their attack.
A masked gunman ambushed a security guard at Tesco in Tring as he filled the store's two outdoors cashpoints with money.

During the attack on Tuesday, September 16, the guard who works for Group Four Securicor (G4S) and a shopper who stepped in were shot in the legs before the two raiders made off with a cash container on a stolen motorcycle.

Signs have been put up inside the London Road store publicising a £25,000 reward that Tesco and G4S are offering for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the gunmen.

The 46-year-old security guard from Harrow remains in Stoke Mandeville Hospital while the shopper, a 33-year-old from Hemel Hempstead who works in Tring, has returned home.

Anyone with information about the robbery asked to call police on 01707 354432 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
