Tring Park raze the Bar
Tring Park came back from a three-week lull to knock Potters Bar for six in Division One of the Home Counties Premier League.
A miserly bowling spell from veteran Simon Stanway (3-29) helped keep the Bar to 67-6, Sam Cherry's 3-36 helping dismiss them for 204 after a mini-comeback.
Michael Payne smashed 16 fours in an impressive unbeaten 85, and he was assisted by captain Keith Dutch (55) and Will Jones (41) in helping them to an eight-wicket win.
Division Two East second-placers Hemel Hempstead Town (173-10) are now 33 points off Bishops Stortford after their loss to the league-leaders (178-3).
Nick Hodgins (43) was the only star with the bat for Hemel and Brett Penney (2-16) best with the ball.
Only one of Hemel's six sides recorded wins.
To the Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League, and Berkhamsted (155-10) notched a much-needed 50-run win over Chorleywood (105-10).
Michael Burns (5-31) and Oliver Janaway (4-21) helped them to skittle their opponents.
Elsewhere in Division One Leverstock Green (263-8) lost to Hertford (267-7) despite top-notch batting from Kris Jadeja (104) and Dayle Littlejohn (87) while Langleybury (207-10) could not follow up their Gazette Cup win with victory.
They were beaten by Hoddesdon (211-3).
Division Two, and lowly Northchurch (69-10) were well-beaten again this time by Dunstable (208-4) and Matt Petchell (33) was the only Hemel II (125-10) player to notch a score of any note as they were thrashed by Reed (126-1).
Elsewhere Redbourn (102-10) collapsed to a disappointing defeat to Flitwick (200-7).
Brothers Adam (72) and Ben Griffiths (33) helped Kings Langley to 174 all out in Division Three,but they were edged by County Hall (175-9).
Rivals Abbots Langley (113-10) suffered a nine-wicket loss to Harpenden III (114-1).
Still topping the table are Chipperfield Clarendon (191-2) who bounced back from Gazette Cup defeat to win at Stevenage II (190-8).
Chipperfield Clarendon II (97-10) are still looking for their second win of the season at the bottom of Division Four after their loss to Baldock (181-8).
Leverstock Green II (162-9) did well to hold on for a draw against Old Haberdashers (257-3) in Division Five, Richard Walker (33) and 16-year-old Luke Weston (24) excelling.
Berkhamsted II (208-7) also drew at Parkfield & Headstone (234-8).
Above Berko by three points, Langleybury II (169-10) saw off Luton Town & Indians II (102-10).
Hemel Hempstead III (129-10) suffered a six-wicket defeat at home to local rivals Flamstead (133-4), the weather making a Hemel win nigh-on impossible.
For the first time this season Northchurch (211-9) didn't lose their Saturday game. They drew at home with Welwyn Garden City III (152-6).
Boxmoor (174-8) won at Ickleford II (173-10) to keep their place at the top of Division Seven, with Redbourn II (187-10), who lost to St Albans III (217-10) still in second.
Hemel Hempstead IV (123-2) won against Tewin (122-10) by eight wickets courtesy of some sharp bowling from Sheeraz Junejo (3-18) and Ben Dumpleton (2-11) while Abbots Langley II (117-10) lost at Hexton (156-10).
Chipperfield Clarendon III (200-8) are just four points off the top of Division Eight after drawing with Old Owens II (154-8), while Langleybury III (137-10) lost at Eversholt II (158-8) and Kings Langley II (167-10) beat Luton Town & Indians III (143-10).
Leverstock Green III (83-10) were skittled by Letchworth IV (85-3) in Division Nine.
Boxmoor II (205-7) beat local rivals Abbots Langley III (201-9) to stay top of Division 10. Bovingdon's (249-10) win over Northwood III (136-10) keeps them right in the hunt in second.
Great Gaddesden (127-8) are not far off in third, having edged their game with Berkhamsted III (123-10).
The other game in the league saw Kings Langley III (129-10) lose by eight wickets against Little Berkhamsted Sahibs (131-2).
Division 11, and U16 Colt Aaron Sattaur (40) was the only player to shine as Hemel Hempstead V (96-10) lost for the 10th time this term while Flamstead II (187-6) beat Southgate Compton II (186-8).
Leverstock Green IV (54-10) were hammered by Stevenage IV (57-3) in Division 12, but there was a better result for Redbourn III (202-3) who beat Stevenage V (201-10).
Berkhamsted IV (127-3) stay second in Division 13 having beaten Potters Bar V (123-9).
They are followed closely by Chipperfield Clarendon IV (60-2) who won by eight wickets at Hatfield Hyde III (59-10) and Langleybury IV (165-5) who came away from Wormley III (164-10) with a victory.
In Division 14 there were a couple of derbies taking place.
Boxmoor III lost ground on the top with defeat to Abbots Langley IV while Kings Langley IV (216-4) completed a village double by beating Hemel Hempstead Town VI (132-10).
