Theo and his Arsenal mates are gunner support Ashley
Ashley Walcott, brother of Theo, has enlisted the help of Arsenal players ahead of a gruelling charity bike ride.
The 23 year old, who is studying to be a personal trainer, will be taking part in a sponsored bike ride from London to Paris in aid of Best Beginnings.
Ashley, whose family live in Felden, Hemel Hempstead, will be riding in the 180 mile event, which will set off from London on Sunday, September 12 before finishing in Paris three days later.
He has already been given tips by his England international brother who is also a supporter of the charity.
"Theo has given me some help with nutrition. He's a big supporter of Best Beginnings and has made a donation towards the charity, a few of the Arsenal players have contributed too," he said.
"My mum is a midwife and has always helped give babies the best start in life. The charity is something very close to me. I haven't done anything like this before and I'm really excited and looking forward to it."
The London to Paris bike ride was started by Best Beginnings in 2009 as a way to raise vital funds for the charity. The charity works to change health inequalities that exist in the UK.
