Olympic star Jamie Nicholls took on a new challenge at The Snow Centre on Monday, when he became the first person ever to complete a backside 720 jump from inside an indoor ski and snowboard centre and land in the car park.

Jamie, who regularly trains at the Centre in Saint Albans Hill and finished sixth in last year’s Snowboard World Cup, is also an ambassador for the Centre.

Last year he became a YouTube star too, when another of his stunts in Hemel received more than 6million views online and was featured on both Sky and BBC’s Ski Sunday.
