Is Bateman coming back?
Former Hemel Hempstead Town boss Steve Bateman could be making a dramatic return to Vauxhall Road for an FA Cup match.
Bateman, who was sacked earlier this year, is now boss at Slough Town, and could bring his side back to Hemel in the second preliminary round of the FA Cup.
Tring Athletic travel to Barking on August 15 for their first preliminary round match, and the winner of that game will take on Slough at home on August 29.
The winner of that tie will go on to face Dennis Greene's BGB Premier Division side.
