The day was kicked-off in style, with an U10s mini-tournament, featuring more than 30 children aged between 5 and 10.

Before the older players got to show off their skills, the club hosted an end of season round-up with more than 100 parents and children present.

This saw the presentation of Most Improved Player and Player of the Season awards, as well as a whole host of thank yous to the volunteers who help make the club such a great place to be.

This year also marked the first awarding of a Team of the Year Shield, which this year was won by the league-winning U14 boys’ squad.

The day was brought to a close by the Over 10s mini-tournament, in which the six teams were all led by one of the junior section’s coaches.

The winning team were held to a draw in their last match of the round-robin, but that was enough for them to secure the winning prizes.

There is no rest for the children or the coaches, as summer training sessions are already under way, open to members and non-members alike.
