Hemel Hempstead Town have snapped up Reading U21 academy starlet Noor Husin on loan as manager Dean Brennan looks to bring more creativity to his midfield.
Husin, 18, goes straight into the Tudors’ first team squad, and Brennan revealed that the youngster will be handed his first start for the club away at Dartford on Saturday.
“Noor is a creative centre-midfield player and he will come in and play this Saturday,” said Brennan, following the team’s training session this morning.
“He brings creativity to open the door, he is brave on the ball and he is a strong runner. We played Reading a few weeks ago in a practice game and they battered us 3-0.
“Noor is a player I’ve always admired, I’ve watched him quite a bit and I think he will bring a real dynamic creativity to our team.”
Noor is described on the Reading FC website as “a talented midfield player who deals and gets on the ball.”
The description continues: “He’s a ball handler and loves to be on the ball and moving it. He plays some great disguised passes up to the front runners and has great set-piece delivery.”
