Darts side finishes on top
Boxmoor Darts Club won the county men's league despite losing their last match of the season.
The club won the Hertfordshire County Darts Organisation Shamrock Men's League, winning 14, drawing five and losing just one game.
They were denied an unbeaten season by Potters Bar, who defeated them 11-9 in the season's final match up.
Things have not gone as well this year for the Boxmoor Ladies team.
They finished bottom of their league with just four wins from their 18 games.
More teams are wanted for boths leagues for next season.
