Bovingdon held to a draw and stay third
Bovingdon CC were held at home to a draw by Eversholt II on Saturday in Herts League Division 6B.
Jack Blackburn made 154 of the total of 286, but Bovingdon were only able to take eight Eversholt wickets in the second innings, which keeps the home side in third position at the halfway stage of the league season.
The annual CER 6 a side tournament will take place at Bovingdon Cricket Club on Sunday. There will be juniors matches in the morning, followed by the adults competition in the afternoon from 12.30. The bar will be open all day as will a BBQ. For more information please email [email protected]
