Two tries from Tom Warren took Tring to their first win of the season - an emphatic 22-5 demolishing of Sutton and Epsom.
After a cagey opening Warren put the first points on the board, following a patient move involving both backs and forwards. Liam Chennells added the extras.

Warren ensured the hosts took in a 12-0 lead at the break, as he showed good support play to finish off what Henry Kirchner started - the winger broke well and ran most of the length of the pitch before offloading to Tring's star man.

Sutton were pinned back from the start of the second half with Tring showing an abundance of pace in the backs.

Sutton went further behind when their hooker James Bennett was sin-binned and Tom Newton kicked over to take the score to 15-0.

The visitors scored a consolation when Graham Dowden capitalised on one of Sutton's few attacks, but any hope of a valiant comeback was crushed when winger Tim Holgate broke a couple of tackles to add another five points to Tring's score.

Newton added the extras to cap an excellent all-round display by Tring.
The win took them to eighth in the league.
