Budding triathletes from Hemel Hempstead have a chance to get acquainted with one of the fastest growing sports in Britain.
An event held at the University of Hertfordshire is offering anyone aged between eight and 16 years old, regardless of experience, the chance to their develop running, swimming and cycling skills.

Top-notch coaches will be on hand to dish out specialist training to everyone who comes along.

Triathlon England's Hertfordshire Development Officer, David Brown, is co-ordinating the days.

He said: "This is an excellent opportunity for youngsters to experience the sport of triathlon and learn the skills necessary to take part.

They will get a good feel for all three of the disciplines."
