Two seven a side tournaments take place in Hemel Hempstead this weekend.
The annual Peter Metcalfe seven-a-side tournament at Leverstock Green's Pancake Lane ground will see Green play alongside local sides Kings Langley, Hemel Town, Bovingdon and last year's winners Tring Athletic, as well as AFC Harrow, Rayners Lane and Dunstable Town from 10am on Saturday.

Youth teams from across the region will descend upon Astley Cooper School for one of the region's biggest tournaments.

More than 200 sides featuring boys and girls ranging from U7s up to U15s are due to flock to the annual competition, run by Hemel Hempstead Town Youth FC.

It begins at 9am on Saturday and will finish at 6pm on the Sunday. Spectators are welcome at both events.
