Recreational gymnasts from Hemel Hempstead got to strut their stuff at Sapphire Gym Club on Saturday.
More than 250 youngsters who only attend the club for an hour or two a week competed against each other in Sapphire's annual Recreational Chamiponships.
It was a chance for the children, who ranged from novice to advanced, to show family and friends who came along what they have achieved during their time at the school.
