Kings Langley have gotten off to a flyer in SML Division One.
Saturday saw newly-promoted Langley beat Arlesey Athletic 3-0 thanks two a double from 16-year-old Jack Johnson, his first, a clinical finish inside the box, coming on 30 minutes.

Despite being well on top, they would have been relieved to finish the half in front, with keeper Kevin Marsh using his feet to stop a goal-bound effort right on the stroke of half time.

After an explosive start to the second period, it wasn't long before the Langley lead was extended - the visitors' top-scorer Lewis Pritchard latching onto a Lee Bircham pass before lobbing the advancing keeper.

They effectively sealed the game 10 minutes later when Johnson scored his second of the day with superb 20 yard strike.

Langley are in league action tonight (Wednesday) when they host Tokynton Manor at Tring Athletic. They then take on New Bradwell St Peter at Kings Langley on Saturday.
