Young Hemel swimmers were congratulated after finishing their season.
Hemel Hempstead Swimming Club's three teams competed in the final round of the Herts Junior Peanuts league over the weekend, with the top team finishing third on the day at Potters Bar with 24 PBs, and third overall in the league.

A total of 23 PB times couldn't stop the second team slipping down to the second division for next year, while the third team finished in fifth place in their gala at Borehamwood.

Head coach Claudia Cruttwell said: "All three teams showed strong sportsmanship and team spirit and gave their best for the club, fully earning their stripes, and showing plenty of promise for the future."
