Dacorum athletes are gold stars

Athletes from Dacorum returned from the County Championships at Watford with a haul of medals.
Megan Smith and Chelcie Gray, both competing in the under 13s, came away with three golds and three bronzes respectively.
They were two of many who put in eye-catching performances in the blistering heat for Dacorum and Tring Athletic Club.
Megan, competing in the under 13 category, won her hat-trick of golds in the 100m and 200m sprint , and the high jump, where she achieved a championship best of 1m 45.
Chelcie earned herself three podium finishes in the 70m hurdles, the long jump and 200m.
Megan's impressive haul of golds was equalled by Chris Line in the under 15s who won the discus, hammer and the shot, where he threw a personal best of 11m 04.
Fellow winners included Harry Town, who scooped top prize in the 100m and 200m and Max Baggio who stormed home to win the 800m.
There was a family celebration as brothers Steven and Chris Inns both picked up gold medals, Steven winning the 75m hurdles and Chris winning both the shot and discus.
As well as an outstanding 22 golds, the club's 60 athletes took home a total of 13 silvers and 10 bronze medals.
