Nominated by Amy Gill
Girls lucky enough to be on Gary Ross's football team are like a big family because of their manager's commitment and support.

Gary has secured a place in People's Pride for the work he does as manager of Hemel Girls Football Team Division Two Under 14's.

Nominated by Amy Gill, from Adeyfield, Gary goes above and beyond for his team and as result makes a great atmosphere for the girls and their parents.

With his wife Denise, Gary fundraises to financially support the team, and rushes home from work to put on training.

Amy said: "The team is supportive of each other and enjoy each others company and so do our parents. This great atmosphere is because of the work Gary puts into the team.

"Not all managers and teams are like his."
