Prostate Cancer UK’s director of research Iain Frame, aged 55, is walking in a good cause when he joins Sky Sports presenter Jeff Stelling on his Men United March.

Starting this week, Jeff is walking 10 marathons in 10 days from Hartlepool United to Wembley Stadium, to help beat prostate cancer.

He is being joined for two of those days by Iain, aged 55, who lives in Ivinghoe Aston.

Yesterday, Tuesday, Iain joined Jeff on the second leg of the March, from York to Leeds.

And he will rejoin the Sky Sports star on the penultimate day next Tuesday, from Luton to Watford, accompanied this time by his wife Catriona.

If his fundraising pot reaches £2,500, Iain has pledged to complete the final day as well.

Iain said: “My job as director of research depends solely on remarkable people doing remarkable things – like Jeff.

“Without that help I couldn’t do what I love best about being here – funding groundbreaking research projects that will really make that difference to men.”
