A town centre block that houses four high street businesses has gone up for sale for almost £4million.
The commercial block in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, is three storeys high and is home to charity shop Rennie Grove Hospice, mobile phone store Three, Costa Coffee and Subway.
There’s also a vacant retail unit, which used to house Blockbuster, and there are offices upstairs on the second and third floor.
The unit covers 19,264 sq ft and is up for sale at £3,750,000.
Selling agent Jamie Lamond, from London commercial estate agent GVA, said: “It’s fully let apart from the Blockbuster site so it’s just a straight investment play really.
“Most of the people we have had through the door have a good understanding of that market.”
The property has been on the market for around five weeks.
