AN OLYMPIC hopeful is helping a hospice charity fundraiser get off to a good start by lending their support.

British sprinter Joey Duck will be offering tips on staying motivated to participants of the Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Care 10k Challenge on Sunday, March 4.

The 22-year-old athlete will be the official starter for the sponsored run from Chalfont Wasps Football Club, Bowstridge Lane, Chalfont St Giles.
