New recruits show promise for their pack

New scouts at Lockers Park.

THESE were some of the new recruits to make their scouting promises after being enrolled into their pack on Monday night.

Twelve new scouts pledged allegiance to The Queen on the high ropes course at the XC and joined the new month-old Lockers Park School pack.

Scout leader Jan Maddern said: “We decided to set up the troop because the boys enjoy cubs at the school so much and for many of the boarders it is the only opportunity they would ever have to join scouts.”
