Water way to take another major step in Hemel Evolution project
New bridges will be installed in Hemel's historic Jellicoe Water Gardens this weekend as Dacorum Borough Council takes one of the final major steps in its £3.6 million restoration scheme.
For safety reasons the southern section of Waterhouse Street will be closed on Sunday between Swan Court and Moor End Road to allow the works to take place. Bus services will also be redirected to avoid Waterhouse Street on that day. Vehicle access to the Water Gardens North Car Park will be unaffected.-
