Key Stage 3 science co-ordinator Ben Jones said: “It’s fantastic to give these students an opportunity to explore the massive range of careers that can be pursued from a science background.

“These wonderful students have given every lunchtime this year to explore science outside of the curriculum, with the Year 8s producing projects for their Bronze Crest Award, and the Year 7s mixing science with business starting a basic cosmetic company.”
