A business improvements firm is gearing up for its fourth year running a bespoke apprenticeship scheme.

Grass Roots – which has its UK headquarters in Tring – announced that it has positions available in each of the company’s four sectors.

There are vacancies in employee solutions, promotions and incentives, customer engagement and meetings and events.

The company will be reaching out to local schools over the next few months in order to promote the opportunities, but they will consider all applications.

A select few will be chosen for the fast-track development programme which is due to start in October.

HR partner Trish Breen runs the scheme and is passionate about nurturing and developing the young people.

She said: “The apprentices are adding value across the business and we have had excellent feedback from all the line managers who have taken them on.”
