Ryan Edwin Griffiths, 32, of Brive Road, Dunstable. On March 19 at Hemel Hempstead pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to be the harassment of her in that he sent his victim and her family members numerous indecent picture messages. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months. Reason: Offence so serious.
