Stole sat navs and cash from people in Tring on September 28, October 10, November 2, December 4 and 30, January 12 and February 16, amounting to more than £1,300. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, 15 days thinking skills programme, 12 months supervision requirement and ordered to pay £89.99 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tony Richard Muguma, 47, Charles Street, Hemel Hempstead. Stole menswear to the value of £243.91 from TK Maxx, Hemel Hempstead on May 8. Fined £73, £20 victim surcharge and £60 costs.

Craig Taylor, 53, 35 Highland Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35). Banned from driving for 25 months, to be reduced by 25 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, and fined £600, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

William Martin Heritage, 47, Bennetts End Road, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a Gillette razor gift pack from Asda, Hemel Hempstead on May 10. Six months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Michelle-Jane Walker, 48, Roman Way, Markyate. Driving without valid insurance in St Albans on November 15. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Gary Stuart Lloyd, 18, Montgomery Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Berached a youth rehabilitation order by failing to maintain contact with an offender manager and failing to attend a supervision appointment on March 19. Fined £100 and £85 costs.

Nathan Ashton Ramage, 21, Long Chaulden, Hemel Hempstead. Persistently made use of a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to others in Hemel Hempstead on April 9. Community order including 3 month curfew with electronic tag and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Fitzroy Lewinson, 33, Imperial Way, Hemel Hempstead. Drove without valid licence or insurance in Watford on August 18. Eight points on licence, fined £600, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jakob Kowalczyk, 29, Runley Road, Luton. Damaged windows, doors and a window blind and stole motorcycle keys, a book and letters belonging to a man on April 24, and damaged a front door, walls, carpet and sofa and assaulted a man by beating on April 25, all in Hemel Hempstead. Jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

Luke Benjamin Bernard McCormack, 26, Hobbs Hill Road, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on April 27 and May 5. Seven hours unpaid work added to original order and ordered to pay £85 costs.

James Smith, 18, Lawn Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without valid insurance in Hemel Hempstead on April 9. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Mohammed Kazim Khan, Thumpers, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of three small bags of herbal cannabis and a spliff containing herbal cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on April 17. Fined £150, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Craig Barnes, Saddlers Mews, Markyate. Travelled without a valid train ticket near St Albans on February 27. Fined £200, £26.30 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

James David Carpendale Savage, 52, Upper Hall Park, Berkhamsted. Failed to properly declare the sale of a vehicle in Berkhamsted on November 1. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Billy Corden, Bulstrode Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Kept a vehicle in Saturn Way, Hemel Hempstead without valid road tax on January 16. Fined £600, £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £279.17.

Robert Cotton, 46, Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to properly declare the sale of a vehicle in Hemel Hempstead on October 27. Fined £37, £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Tracey Greenidge, Chapel Way, Bedmond. Kept a vehicle in Green Lane, Hemel Hempstead, without valid road tax on December 5. Fined £400, £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £93.75.

Martin Andrew North, 32, Corner Wood, Markyate. Stole a car, drove without valid licence or insurance and caused an accident in Markate on April 20. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined a total of £780, £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sam David Bobby Ridley Brown, 23, Daggs Dell, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without valid licence or insurance and failing to stop after an accident in Gadebridge Lane, Hemel Hempstead on May 16. Eight points on licence, fined a total of £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Charlie Anthony Hindley, 23, Cuffley Court, Hemel Hempstead. Attended an address which was prohibited and contacted a woman which was prohibited under a restraining order in Hemel Hempstead on April 1. Jailed for a total of 12 weeks.

Matthew Mark Ball, 21, London Road, Hemel Hempstead. Travelled between Kings Langley and Apsley without a valid train ticket on November 20. Fined £200, £2.70 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Matt Fawssett, 20, Washington Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Travelled between Watford Junction and Hemel Hempstead without a valid train ticket on November 11. Fined £400, £5.40 compensation, £40 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Adam Martin Whyte, 25, Brickmakers Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Travelled between Watford Junction and Hemel Hempstead without a valid train ticket on November 15. Fined £200, £4.80 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Scott Binfield, 26, Montgomery Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to properly declare the sale of a vehicle in Hemel Hempstead on January 1. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs.

Zadie Louise Valerie Adzahoe, 23, Montgomery Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) in Hemel Hempstead on May 17. Banned from driving for 14 months, to be reduced by 14 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £240, £24 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
