Joshua Grainger Biggs, 21, Belswains Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Damaged a gear shaft and paintwork worth £1,138 in Watford on April 5. Must participate in five-day Drinkwise programme, attend supervision appointments for 12 months, pay £1,138 in compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Steven Sonny Redman, 52, Downside, Hemel Hempstead. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, and then assaulted detention officer in Watford on June 17. Fined £275, £50 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

Thomas Spence, 26, Barra Close, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a DVD worth £9.99 from Boots in St Albans on June 17 during operational period of suspended sentence imposed for theft from shop. Fined £65, £9.99 compensation, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge. Suspended sentence of six weeks suspended for 12 months imposed for stealing DVDs worth £71.04 from British Home Stores in Watford on December 5.

Gary Walsh, 61, Fennycroft Road, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Howards Drive, Hemel Hempstead, on June 17. Limit is 35. Fined £115, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 12 months - to be cut by three months if course is completed by February 8.

Arkadiusz Krzysztof Lubas, 30, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Selden Hill and King Harry Street, Hemel Hempstead, on June 23. Limit is 35. Fined £380, £85 costs, £38 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 15 months - to be reduced by 15 weeks if course is completed by April 25.

Yusuf Arman, 42, Wheatfield, Hemel Hempstead. Stole shaving razor worth £100 from Boots chemist in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, on March 7. Driving without insurance or a licence in Queensway, Hemel Hempstead, on May 15. Attempting to steal alcohol from Marks & Spencer in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, on April 9, and three bottles of champagne from the Cupid Green Co Op in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, on May 3. Failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on June 2. Stole 12 pairs of ladies shoes worth £434.50 from Marks & Spencers in Hemel Hempstead on June 7. Stole various hair products from Poundland in Hemel Hempstead on July 1. Put under curfew for seven days to stay at home between 10pm and 7am. Must have treatment for drug dependency and attend supervision appointments for 12 months, pay £100 in compensation, £100 costs, £60 victim surcharge, fined £100 and banned from driving for 12 months.

Philippa Bell, 61, Juniper Green, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 48mph in a 40mph limit on the A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 28. Fined £85, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Helen June Donovan, 49, Chiltern Close, Berkhamsted. Driving without due care and attention and failing to promptly report or stop at the scene of an accident in Berkhamsted High Street on December 20. Fined £180, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and five points on licence.

Alan Francis East, 37, Parr Crescent, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 40mph in a 30mph limit in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on December 25. Fined £185, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Gunes Koseoglu, 28, Jupiter Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on December 24. Fined £135, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Rob Savage, 43, Dowding Way, Leavesden. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit on the A4125 Eastbury Road, Watford, on December 25. Fined £200, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

George Nicholas Thackeray, 28, Coleridge Crescent, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without insurance, MOT certificate or excise duty in Great Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 24. Fined £184, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and six points on licence.

Daniel Wilkinson, 39, High Street, Bedmond. Driving at 40mph in a 30mph limit on the A1000 Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City, on December 23. Fined £37, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

David Phillip Long, 22, Chaulden Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Assault by beating, then assault by beating a female police officer and special constable in Hemel Hempstead on July 5 during the operational period of a suspended sentence. Also punished for original offenses: damaged five punnets of fruit and three packets of toys worth £8, assaulted police officer, racially aggravated threatening behaviour towards two other police officers in Hemel Hempstead on May 17, resisted police officer in Hemel Hempstead on May 1, destroyed glass panel of a door belonging to London Midland Railway in Northampton on March 28, threatening behaviour and assault by beating a police officer in Markyate on April 12, and threatening behaviour towards a police officer in Hemel Hempstead on March 15. Sent to prison for 20 weeks, restraining order not to contact one of his victims until July 7.

Matthew Peppiatt, 40, Mortimer Hill, Tring. Stole various toiletry items worth £62.70 from Boots in Berkhamsted on February 16. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Barry Fisk, 49, Box Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Driving without due care and attention in Chequers Lane, Watford, on October 14. Fined £800, £310 costs, £80 victim surcharge and six points on licence.

Luke McCormack, 26, Broomfield Rise, Abbots Langley. Did not have a train ticket near Watford Junction Railway Station on January 20. Fined £200, £125 costs, £20 victim surcharge and £2.90 compensation.

Kymm Stephen Michael James Wright, 20, Rant Meadow, Hemel Hempstead. Failed to keep in touch with probation services and did not go to unpaid work appointment on May 9 as required by a court order. Must carry out an extra 20 hours of unpaid work by April 16, bringing the total to 120, plus £85 costs.

Tina Brookes, 47, New Park Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 48mph in a 40mph limit on the A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 31. Fined £200, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Daisy Hawkins, 19, Linnet Road, Abbots Langley. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on December 26. Then failed to identify the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Watford between March 17 and April 14. Fined £800, £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and nine points on licence.

Victoria Hopper, 41, Hyperion Court, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit on the A4125 Eastbury Road, Watford, on December 31. Fined 3200, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Steven Philip Robinson, 38, Cherry Bounce, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph in Queensway, Hemel Hempstead, on December 26. Fined £110, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.
