Simon East, 54, Harthall Lane, Kings Langley. Failed to disclose offences committed when giving a specimen of blood as part of a road traffic investigation in Watford on April 17. Banned from driving for 16 months to be reduced by 16 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, fined £700, £70 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Raymond Hardy, 26, Wood View, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of a clip bag of herbal cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on February 25. Fined £160, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Adlene Lounaouci, 33, Tresco Road, Berkhamsted. Destroyed a passenger car door to the value of £100 to £200 belonging to a woman in Berkhamsted on January 14. Fined £135, £300 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

Carol Ann Gilroy, 44, Stoney Close, Berkhamsted. Driving without valid licence or insurance in Luton on December 10. Eight points on licence and fined a total of £145, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

Ashley Bennett, 26, Fennycroft Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one wrap of cocaine in Watford on March 7. Fined £300, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Scott Michael Folds, 44, Hyde Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Made phone calls to a woman while prevented from doing so by a restraining order in St Albans on April 25, while under a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 7 days to serve concurrently. Overall length of sentence 15 weeks.

James Peter Gallagher, 22, Longbridge Close, Tring. Possession of a joint, three deal bags and one self-sealed bag of cannabis in Tring on February 27, and one small bag of herbal cannabis in Tring on March 31. Fined a total of £110, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kyle Edward Alick Meldrum, 28, Honeycross Road, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one small bag of herbal cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on March 25. Fined £150, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gayle Marles, 47, St Margarets, Great Gaddesden. Assaulted a woman in Berkhamsted on March 20. 24 months conditional discharge, £100 compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Roseleen Ward, 34, St Agnells Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Avoided payment of £70.08 worth of fuel at Sainsbury’s, Apsley on August 26. 12 months conditional discharge, ordered to pay £70.08 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.

Jack Matthew Eames, 22, Oakwood, Berkhamsted. Breached a community order by failing to attend an unpaid work placement on March 23 and April 8. Fined £250 and £85 costs.

Natalie Dibble, 31, Riverside Gardens, Berkhamsted. Used a colour television without a licence in Hemel Hempstead on February 10. Fined £55, £20 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Jake Antonio Putman, 20, Livingstone Walk, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one small bag of herbal cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on March 14. Fined £75, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke John Gardner, 41, Bluebell Drive, Bedmond. Driving without valid insurance in Abbots Langley on September 12. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.

Andrew David Harries, 41, Tring Road, Tring. Driving without valid insurance in Tring on September 17. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £110 costs.
